RoboHelp 8 - To Do List
RoboHelp 8 introduces the ability to change the names of the default To Do items, add your own and delete items. Now the list can just show what works for you.
What you can do
Click File > Project Settings to display this dialog.
Click the Manage button to display this dialog. As you can see, you can then edit the default list, add new items and delete unwanted items.
Whatever you define in the list is then shown in each topics properties.
If you go to Tools > Reports > Topic Properties, you can configure that report to include the Completed To Do's. Unfortunately the report does not recognise the customised To Do items! Hopefully that will be fixed in a patch.
