RoboHelp 2019 - WebHelp Output

At first sight it may appear WebHelp has been dropped.

It hasn't! The difference between webhelp and responsive help is simply that webhelp does not adapt to the size of the user's screen whereas responsive help does. RoboHelp 2019 has the same skins for both webhelp and responsive help but if you want your users to always have the same appearance no matter what their screensize, you can simply turn off responsiveness.

Upgrading a Classic Project Calling Help Using URLs

Note that if you deploy context sensitive help using URLs rather than Map IDs and want the help to open with the TOC and toolbar, on upgrade to Adobe RoboHelp 2019 the URLs are different so your developers will need to make changes.

See Calling Help.

Dynamic User-Centric Content

Dynamic User-Centric Content is no longer supported other than in RoboHelp 2019 Classic. The responsive help skins now used for webhelp use Dynamic Content Filtering. It will require some reworking but it is a better format with more options.

The WebHelp to CHM Converter Script

This is not supported in RoboHelp 2019 other than in RoboHelp 2019 Classic.
