Searching with Zoom
What's covered?
The Search function in the New UI versions of RoboHelp has been significantly improved compared with what was available in the Classic versions. As a result I created tutorials on how to integrate a product called Zoom into RoboHelp.
This topic covers only Zoom 7 and not the earlier versions that I originally wrote. Zoom 7 is not the latest version, hence not including the earlier instructions. It should cover later versions of Zoom but I cannot confirm that. Check the Zoom website for the latest version.
RoboHelp New UI Versions
These instructions do not cover the new UI versions.
In Classic you could suppress RoboHelp's own search. I have not put much effort into seeing if that is possible but an initial look suggests it will be a problem. Also the search has improved so there is less need for this method.
The Steps

Downloads
In the PDF you will see reference to a link showing a working output. That is no longer available. However, the project used to create that can be downloaded for you to generate.
Single Project Searches
Both projects below were created in RoboHelp 8. Just allow them to upgrade to any later Classic version. The steps are the same regardless of RoboHelp version. The downloads contain the source project(s), the generate and publish folders plus the Zoom configuration files.
