Sorry but there have to be some.

Do

Post your question on the forum first.

• You may get more than one solution.
• You may get a quicker reply because of time zone differences. Those of us who help are scattered around the world. I am in the UK.
• The answer becomes available to others who later have the same question.
• I see all posts there and I respond via the forums if I can help.

Don't

• Email me to tell me you have posted on the RoboHelp forum. I see all posts and will answer if I can or someone else has. Emailing me is a waste of your time and mine.

When it's OK to email me

• Either you have posted on the forum and it hasn't helped. I will take another look so please include a link to your forum post and explain why that has not helped you.
• You cannot post on the forum because of confidentiality reasons.

Subject to one of those conditions being met, email me using the link below

Explain why you cannot raise your question in the forum.

No link or no explanation = No Reply

I try to respond to all emails promptly, even if it is just an acknowledgement to start with.

Do not send your project until I ask for it. If requested please do not send your project as an email attachment. Files should be sent via wetransfer.com (2gb limit, you need to register and create a free account), https://fromsmash.com (2gb limit, no registration) or some similar service. Include a link to the forum post where applicable.
